Last updated: July 7, 2026

About the service

Ruggine AI is provided by FrameCodeLab S.r.l.s. By using Ruggine AI, you agree to these terms. The service is currently an early beta and is still being developed and tested.

Acceptable use

You must use Ruggine AI lawfully and must not use it to violate the rights of others, interfere with the service, or produce or distribute unlawful content.

Connected YouTube accounts

You must own or have the right to connect and use the YouTube account you authorize. Ruggine AI uses read-only YouTube access to import metadata. It does not upload, publish, edit, or delete your YouTube content.

AI-generated output

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using or publishing it. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your audience or intended use.

Ruggine AI does not guarantee growth, views, engagement, revenue, or any other social media or business performance.

Founder Beta payments

Founder Beta payments are currently support and early-access payments. They do not guarantee any particular future feature, result, or service level unless specific paid features and terms are introduced in the future.

Beta availability

During the beta, features may change, experience interruptions, be paused, or be removed. We may modify or stop the service, in whole or in part, as the product develops.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FrameCodeLab S.r.l.s. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use Ruggine AI. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the beta and its features evolve. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
