Privacy Policy

Ruggine AI is an early beta product by FrameCodeLab S.r.l.s. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it to provide the service.

We use Clerk for authentication. We collect account information made available through Clerk, such as your email address and user ID, so we can identify your account and keep your data separate from other users.

When you connect YouTube, Ruggine AI requests read-only access through Google and YouTube OAuth using the YouTube read-only scope. We use this access to import video metadata such as titles, descriptions, thumbnails, publication dates, channel information, and public video statistics.

Ruggine AI does not upload, edit, delete, or publish YouTube videos. It also does not post to YouTube or other social platforms on your behalf.

We use imported video metadata to generate content ideas, social posts, and repurposing suggestions. Relevant video metadata may be sent to AI providers, such as Google Gemini, to produce these outputs.

We store account identifiers, imported video metadata, generated content, generation attempts, and YouTube connection data needed to operate the service. This may include OAuth tokens required to keep your YouTube connection working.

We use Stripe Payment Links for Founder Beta payments. Stripe handles payment processing and its own collection and processing of payment information under its privacy terms. Ruggine AI does not directly process or store complete payment card details.

We share information with service providers only as needed to authenticate users, operate the product, process payments, and generate requested content. We do not sell user data.

You can disconnect YouTube from the Ruggine AI dashboard. You can also contact us to request deletion of your account data, imported video metadata, generated content, and stored connection data.

Ruggine AI is an early beta product, so its features and data practices may evolve. We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version will remain available on this page.
